"People who are rich are happier than poor people"

If rich people are happier than poor people ...

Well first of all consider it necessary to distinguish between poverty and wealth. First a person is richer than another, depending on the level of income that you report your income tomake ends meet. Secondly a rich person is not happier than a poor person, because it can buy a finite goods or servicesprovided by the market. In synthesis the happiness can not be measured by the level of income or cash in hand.

The central question is do we believe that there are rich and poor and this difference also exists a differential of happiness, to justify the competence and the accumulation of goods oftenunnecessary. (He constantly invents new products and newneeds).

So what lies in this materialistic idea of happiness is thedifferential degree to specialize values in society, so there is no difference between rich and poor defined by happiness, but by the degree of freedom to express differential in space, in the city,in politics and in every sphere of social production of society.

We should not be more happy even get a more equitable distribution of wealth. Happiness is the way to obtaining our freedom.
